  • 2017 Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Development Coalition Educational Session – February 24, 2017.  Educational Session included a trolley ride and tour of the Live Oak Bank campus located in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Live Oak Bank received awards for Outstanding Stewardship from the Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Development Coalition in both 2014 and 2016.  Awards were granted for it’s headquarters facility, and a newly constructed office building (Live Oak Bank II).  The site serves as a model for excellence in planning and design.
